The Square on Tower Grove is a 28-unit multifamily development in The Grove neighborhood of St. Louis, MO. Spitzberg-Lassen assembled the land, consolidated the parcels, and secured all required entitlements for the project.

The development includes 14 one-bedroom units and 14 two-bedroom units. The two-bedroom units feature a unique two-story layout with a den and balcony, while all units include floor-to-ceiling windows, home office space, kitchens with islands, dedicated package delivery accommodations, and an on-site off-leash pet area.

The site offers direct access to key employment centers, including the BJC HealthCare campus, Washington University’s main and medical campuses, and the Cortex Innovation District.
