The Square on McKnight presented a unique opportunity to acquire and redevelop an apartment community directly from its original owner. Located in University City, at the doorstep of the Clayton central business district, the property consists of 14 contiguous four-family buildings situated across 3.5 acres.

The campus underwent a comprehensive renovation featuring both exterior and interior upgrades. Improvements included modernized building mechanicals, new kitchens and baths, and updated fixtures and finishes throughout. Enhanced signage, accent lighting, and professionally designed landscaping were added to create a cohesive and elevated community environment.
