The Square on Delmar

The Square on Delmar is a comprehensive redevelopment project in University City, minutes from downtown Clayton. Spanning six acres and eight buildings, the project was designed to create a more cohesive and functional residential community.

Site improvements included new walkways, wayfinding signage, architectural lighting, extensive landscaping, and upgraded tenant amenities. Shared amenities feature a central patio with pergolas and BBQ grills, dedicated package delivery, an oversized dog park, and a bike repair station. Infrastructure upgrades included relocating electrical utilities underground, adding stormwater drainage, and constructing a new parking lot.

Building improvements focused on enhancing both aesthetics and performance. Common areas incorporate felt panels, wood cladding, and custom-engineered wood ceilings to improve design and acoustics. All mechanical systems were replaced, fiber internet was installed, and unit layouts were redesigned to provide modern, open-concept living with peninsula kitchens, updated flooring, new bathrooms, and in-unit laundry.
