The Square on Delmar

The Square on Delmar was a thoughtfully planned and carefully executed redevelopment.  Located in University City minutes from downtown Clayton the project consisted of eight buildings spread across six acres.

The project successfully created a cohesive community by creating new walkways, exterior signage to help tenants navigate, architectural lighting, extensive landscaping, and tenant amenities.  Tenant amenities included a patio with pergolas and BBQ grills in the center of campus, dedicated package delivery, an oversized dog park, and a bike repair station.

Significant site improvements were completed.  Electrical utility lines were relocated underground.  Storm water drainage and a parking lot were added.

The building’s common areas utilized design elements to maximize aesthetic appeal and improve the tenant experience.  Felt panels, interior wood cladding, and custom-engineered wood ceilings provided tenants with a modern design and sound absorption.

All building mechanicals were replaced. Fiber internet installed. Unit layouts were redesigned to create modern open concept dwellings that included kitchens with peninsula, new flooring, new bathrooms, and in-unit laundry.
