2858 Michigan Avenue

2858 Michigan Avenue was a bank owned property purchased in 2013.  Built in 1908 and located in the historic Tower Grove East Neighborhood the residence was originally built as a two-family.  Spitzberg-Lassen converted the residence into a single-family home.

The redesign added modern concepts while keeping the historic charm of the building. Full renovation included structural modifications and repairs, full replacement of mechanical systems, as well as interior and exterior upgrades.
