3450 Hereford Street

3450 Hereford underwent a full renovation in 2015.  The renovation included layout redesign and the complete replacement of all component parts.  Exterior upgrades included professional landscaping, in-ground irrigation, and accent lighting.  The building was rezoned into two separate properties increasing the total value of the asset and allowing for multiple re-sale or development opportunities in the future.
