Altitude St. Louis

Altitude St. Louis is a 12-story purpose-built student housing community for Saint Louis University students.  The project is being co-developed with the Tailwind Group.

The community is located in the Midtown neighborhood steps away from Saint Louis University’s undergraduate campus, The City Foundry, the Cortex innovation district, and the Central West End.

The building will feature various amenities.  A few of those amenities include a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, community lounge, fresh market, dedicated package room, and in-unit smart technology.
