8360  Delmar was an integral component of The Square redevelopment. Its prominent position along Delmar Boulevard offered an opportunity to create a distinctive entrance to the community, enhancing both visibility and identity. 

This transformation was achieved through extensive new landscaping, commercial-style storefront windows that showcase the redesigned common areas, an oversized awning with backlit address numbering, and thoughtfully placed exterior lighting that highlights both architectural and landscape features. 

Unit interiors were reimagined with open-concept kitchens and upgraded with modern fixtures and finishes. Common areas were similarly revitalized, incorporating elevated design elements intended to maximize aesthetic appeal and enhance the overall tenant experience.
