8341 Delcrest Drive

8341 Delcrest was part of The Square redevelopment.  Exterior upgrades included modern exterior paint, lettering, and landscaping.  Unit interiors were redesigned with open-concept kitchens and modernized with new fixtures and finishes.  Common areas were revamped utilizing design elements to maximize aesthetic appeal and improve the tenant experience.
