5101 S. Kingshighway

Located on the southern end of Kingshighway, overlooking Cristy Park, the art deco building underwent light renovations in 2017.  The renovations included the 14 one-bedroom apartments, two studios, and three commercial storefronts that were home to local businesses.  The updates provided tenants with perfectly priced apartments for those starting out or downsizing their budget.
