5000 Oleatha Avenue

The building needed renovation at the time of purchase.  Interior renovations included new kitchens and bathrooms, refinished floors, and the conversion of the sunrooms into a flex space that could be used as a walk-in closet or home office.  A patio was added and the back yard was fenced-in to provide tenants an outdoor living experience.
