Soulard Townhomes

2014-16-18 S. 12^th St. was purchased in 2016 out of distress.  Built in 1890 and brimming with architectural character the property consisted of three attached townhomes located in the historic Soulard Neighborhood of St. Louis.  The redevelopment utilized State Historic Tax Credits.

Improvements included the redesign of the townhomes and the complete replacement of all component parts. Custom finishes throughout.  The backyard was regraded to accommodate walkout basements and two-stall parking garages were built for each townhome.
