2040 Russell Blvd.

2040 Russell Blvd. was a two-family purchased in 2020.  At the time of acquisition, the building was a partial shell.  It was redesigned to create a modern layout while still retaining the buildings historic features.  The redesign included a penthouse unit with an open concept kitchen, full on-site laundry room, home-office, walk out 2^nd floor patio, and a master bedroom on the third floor.
