The Square on McKnight

The Square on McKnight presented a unique opportunity to acquire and redevelop an apartment community from the original owner.  Located in University City, at the doorsteps of the Clayton central business district, the property is comprised of 14 continuous 4-family buildings spread across 3.5 acres.

The campus underwent a complete renovation that included exterior and interior upgrades.  Improvements included unit redesign, building mechanicals, and tenant amenities.  Signage, accent lighting, and professionally designed landscaping helped to create a cohesive community.
