The Square On Lindenwood

The Square on Lindenwood was established by purchasing the four multifamily buildings located on the 5800 block of Lindenwood.  We applied our renovation program which allowed us to improve the buildings, their finishes, the streetscape, and enhance the neighborhood.

The project successfully created a cohesive community by tying the buildings together.  Accent lighting, matching awnings, professionally designed landscaping, LED streetlights, and new public sidewalks helped accomplish the cohesive feel.

A community dog park was built on-site to provide tenants a leash-free area for their pets.  Unit renovations included kitchens and baths, hardwood floor restoration, mechanicals, and built-in bookshelves.
