8344 Delmar was part of The Square redevelopment. We took advantage of its prominent location on Delmar by redesigning the entrance of the redevelopment.

We accomplished this through extensive landscaping, commercial storefront windows that frame the redesigned common areas, an oversized awning with backlit numbering, and exterior lighting that highlights building and landscaping details.

Unit interiors were redesigned with open-concept kitchens and modernized with new fixtures and finishes. Common areas were revamped utilizing design elements to maximize aesthetic appeal and improve the tenant experience.
