3202 Magnolia Avenue

3202 Magnolia was purchased out of foreclosure.  The property was a blight on the neighborhood and presented significant renovation challenges.  The full renovation of the building included structural elements such as reinforcing the concrete foundation walls, leveling floors throughout, and adding a retaining wall for the parking lot.  The renovation also replaced all building mechanicals and interior finishes.
