6201 Arsenal was originally built as a mixed-use property. We made the determination that the best use was to rezone and convert the commercial spaces into modern apartments.
The property was redeveloped and updated to most appropriately fit the lifestyle of St. Louis renters. Updates included open concept layouts, fiber internet, package room, premium finishes, accent lighting, and the removal of sidewalks in the front and side of the building to add landscaping and soften the streetscape.
