6008 Southwest Avenue

6008 Southwest was originally built as a mixed-use property.  After the success of a similar project a few blocks away, Spitzberg-Lassen decided it was best to rezone and convert the commercial spaces into apartments.  Updates included open concept layouts, fiber internet, a package room, a covered patio, and the removal of sidewalks in the front and side of the building to add landscaping.  Architectural details of the building were restored and highlighted.
