5835-45 Lindenwood

5835-45 Lindenwood was purchased from a private owner in 2017.  The property was part of a larger assemblage that encompassed the entire block.  We applied our renovation program which allowed us to improve the buildings, their finishes, the streetscape, and enhance the neighborhood.

The project successfully created a cohesive community by tying the buildings together.  Accent lighting, matching awnings, professionally designed landscaping, LED streetlights, and new public sidewalks helped accomplish a cohesive feel.

A community dog park was built on-site to provide tenants with a leash-free area for their pets.  Unit renovations included kitchens and baths, hardwood floor restoration, mechanicals, and built-in bookshelves.
