8331–45 Delcrest underwent a full modernization as part of The Square Redevelopment initiative, encompassing six buildings. Exterior enhancements included updated building paint, new architectural signage, and refreshed landscaping and lighting to significantly improve curb appeal and site presence.

Interior renovations reconfigured units with open-concept kitchen layouts and introduced contemporary fixtures and finishes throughout, elevating both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Common areas were also upgraded with thoughtful design improvements aimed at enhancing overall visual cohesion, resident experience, and long-term livability.
