2717 Macklind

2717 Macklind was purchased in 2021.  Built in 1903 and brimming with architectural character the property was originally built as a single family home that was converted into a duplex during the Great Depression.

Spitzberg-Lassen converted the property back into a single-family home. The redevelopment utilized Neighborhood Preservation Tax Credits.

Improvements included the redesign of the home and the complete replacement of all component parts. Custom finishes throughout.  Master addition, home office, and second floor living room was added.  Large walk out patio and four stall parking garage was built.
